Shipping and Returns

 

Domestic

We are a small operation. We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving payment in full. All orders over $500.00 will ship free of charge. Shipments will be sent via USPS, unless otherwise noted. All books will be

sent by USPS Media Mail, all other items by USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Media mail can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. USPS Priority Mail should be received in 3 to 5 business days. Please note that additional delays may occur due to Covid-19 restrictions. 

 

Please contact us directly if you would like to arrange overnight or expedited shipping. Extra charges will apply.

 

All Sales are Final. 

 

Returns will not be accepted for any reason. We take special care to wrap and package each shipment to protect it against weather and handling damage. Should damage occur to the product due to carrier negligence, please contact the shipping carrier.

 

If your package does not arrive after 3 weeks, please contact us at 

manzanar.footsteps@gmail.com. If tracking numbers are available, we will make every effort to locate your package and update you as to its status.

International Shipping

Shipping prices and delivery times vary greatly between countries. Please contact us

for international shipping rates. Please note that estimated delivery times are usually not provided by the carrier. All shipments may be subject to Customs Inspection and Duty Fees upon arrival in the recipient’s country. Brian Goodman Photography and Rainshadow Press do no accept any liability for delivery delays, Duty Fees, or any other actions taken by government officials or delivery carriers in other countries.
